Event Details

You are cordially invited to attend the

Northern California Reuse Summit, January 26, 2012!

Bringing Reuse Professionals, Designers and Economic Development Leaders together to address the issue of JOBS THROUGH REUSE!

In the upcoming election year, Jobs will be the number 1 issue on the agenda. Reuse is an excellent means of job creation - for every 10,000 tons of materials 6 jobs are through landfilling while 28-296 jobs are created by diverting that material for reuse!

The goal of the Summit is to bring together Reuse Sector organizations, advocates, and experts to discuss ways to increase Jobs through Reuse in California, as well as determine goal for the year (events, outreach, membership) for the Reuse Sector in Northern CA. The Summit will be a full-day event (from 9am-5pm), tea, coffee, refreshments and lunch will be served. All attendees are welcome to join an optional dinner afterwards for further networking and discussions, location TBD.

Bring reuse items/brochures/business cards for a share table.
